Courtney M. – Nurse Practitioner

Courtney McKee earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2024, specializing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). With over a decade of nursing experience, she has worked in oncology infusion, medical-surgical, and rehabilitation settings. Throughout her career, she discovered a deep passion for psychiatric nursing while caring for patients with anxiety, panic attacks, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. She developed a strong connection with this patient population, recognizing her ability to offer meaningful care through compassion, understanding, and active listening.

Motivated by this passion, Courtney pursued her PMHNP degree and embraced her time in outpatient psychiatric settings. Her training emphasized psychotherapy, addiction medicine, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

One of the most fulfilling aspects of her work is helping individuals with treatment resistant depression at New Pathways. She takes pride in providing solutions that empower patients to reclaim control of their lives. The most rewarding part of her role is hearing patients express that they no longer feel imprisoned by their diagnoses, but instead feel capable, empowered, and hopeful. When she’s not working, Courtney enjoys hiking, traveling with her family, fishing, and painting.

Cole Reveal – Office Manager

Cole is a compassionate professional dedicated to forming meaningful connections with individuals. He recognizes the importance of personalized care and treats each person with empathy, striving to understand their unique circumstances—especially in the realm of mental health and wellness.

He recently joined New Pathways, bringing with him strong roots from Southern Ohio, where he returned to assist with his family farm. This move allowed him to balance his professional responsibilities with hands-on agricultural work, enabling him to support both his family and his broader community.

Cole is passionate about volunteering with mental health organizations, focusing particularly on underserved communities such as veterans, first responders, farmers, and  veterinarians. His advocacy is fueled by his understanding of the stressors these groups face and his commitment to increasing access to resources in rural areas.

Outside of work, Cole enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and his beloved dog. As an agriculture enthusiast, he travels to purebred seedstock operations across the U.S. and internationally to learn from leaders in the field. He also values relaxing with close friends, often gathering at their favorite local restaurants to enjoy good food and strong connections. Cole’s life is grounded in a genuine commitment to community, family, and personal growth. Whether through his professional work, volunteer efforts, or time with loved ones, his passion for service and connection remains at the heart of all he does.

Hannah D. – RN

Hannah graduated from nursing school in 2021 from Good Sam College of nursing. Prior to New Pathways she specialized in after surgery care and cardiac.

When she graduated from Nursing school Covid 19 was still raging and she saw first hand how much of a toll the pandemic had put on people. After a year she knew she wanted to go into mental health. Hannah chose New Pathways because mental health treatment is not a one size fits all solution and New Pathways really practices that. She enjoys getting to cheer you on from the start of your treatments and through your boosters. When not at New Pathways Hannah likes to walk her rescue dog Bunty for 5 miles or trying new recipes for dinner.

Bre F. – RN

Bre graduated from the Indiana University School of Nursing in Indianapolis in 2020. During her time in school, she tutored nursing and math students while working as a patient care assistant in the MICU at IU University Hospital and the ICU at Mercy West Hospital. While living in Indianapolis, she commuted everywhere by bike and felt honored to have the Cultural Trail guide her journey through the city.

Before joining New Pathways, Bre worked as an ICU nurse on a COVID unit, a travel nurse on a Bone Marrow Transplant unit, and an ICU nurse in Arizona. Most recently, she served as a school nurse, where she gained valuable insight into public health and human development.

Bre’s favorite aspect of working at New Pathways is the uniqueness of each patient’s mental health journey. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, walking, trying new activities, and attending Northern Kentucky University as she pursues her PMHNP.
