Ah!!! I am so excited to see that an east side location has opened! I truly cannot say enough about this clinic. When I went, only the west side location was available, and the entire experience was nothing short of incredible. From meeting nurse practitioner Sean Boyd at the very beginning, to visiting the facility, to the incredible staff (especially Daneen), everything about the environment made me feel safe as I stepped into the unknown. This therapy changed—and truly saved—my life in ways I can’t even fully put into words. Now knowing it’s even more accessible to me as an east sider feels like such a blessing. I’m so grateful and excited to return when I need to, and I will continue to speak so highly of New Pathways and celebrate their growth and expansion.

I went here after being out of Spravato treatment for months. The last place I went didn't have single rooms and during the peak I found it difficult to stay grounded when I needed assistance to talk with someone. I ended up having a needed nose surgery that left me out of treatment for months and I relapsed into the depths of my mental ailments. I am open about my mental health diagnoses and experience- because it's critical to helping others. I'm writing this review after having my treatment and feeling like I have gained a little piece of myself back. I suffer from Treatment Resistant Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and Borderline Personality Disorder. The comorbidity of those together is a different type of suffering that I cannot put in to words. My day to day life has been challenging to say the least. I had treatment yesterday, and I was nervous because that is just my state of being. The place is extremely clean, quiet, and the staff is extremely kind. They know it's a place of healing and make it known that you aren't alone in this long process. My nurse was amazing- she was there for me when I felt a little nervous and kept me grounded. The experience there was amazing which was critical for people like me who are easily affected by our environment. My brain recognizes this clinic as a safe place for healing. I woke up today and all I can say is make the call. I feel the small improvements in the corners of my world. Waking up today felt easier, I didn't feel overwhelmed by my existence in this world. I woke up, got into the shower, had a peaceful relaxing shower. I got out and picked up a bit and sat down and enjoyed a cup of hot chocolate. The best I can describe it is a brain full of alarms blaring got reset. It's worth noting that not everyone will respond to this line of treatment the same way. However, there is a reason I wrote this review; this treatment gave me a piece of my life back when I felt like I was a broken brain at a dead end. I deal with a rare comorbidity of mental health diagnoses, the two biggest being my Borderline Personality Disorder and TR-Depression. I'm pairing this course of treatment with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to hopefully knock down my BPD severity. So if you're like me, feel like you've reached your dead-end with your ailments. Feel like your existence is overwhelming, and you are hanging out by a thin thread I have two things to say. One, you aren't alone, life can suck at times. Two, make the call to New Pathways Clinic and inquire if you could possibly be a good candidate for this line of treatment. They care, they know you matter.
