At New Pathways Clinic, we believe mental health care is not a one-size-fits-all journey. Our medical team specializes in advanced, science-supported interventional therapies designed specifically for individuals struggling with treatment-resistant symptoms.
Direct intravenous therapy providing high bioavailability and precise dose monitoring for rapid symptom relief.
Combining low-dose ketamine sessions with structured integration therapy to help process deep emotional insights.
An FDA-approved, insurance-covered esketamine nasal spray specifically indicated for treatment-resistant depression.
Taking the first step toward mental health support can feel intimidating, but our intake process for Columbus mental health services is designed to be calm, simple, and transparent from day one.
Our providers treat a wide range of persistent behavioral and emotional health challenges. Rather than simply managing day-to-day symptoms, our goal as Columbus mental health providers is to help you build a foundation for lasting healing.
Anxiety treatment involves persistent worry, fear, or panic that extends beyond typical stress responses and disrupts daily life.
We provide structured assessment and evidence-based treatment options designed to reduce symptom intensity and improve emotional regulation.
Bipolar disorder treatment is characterized by alternating mood states that may include depressive episodes and periods of elevated or irritable mood. Accurate diagnosis and ongoing monitoring are essential to ensure mood stabilization and long-term safety.
Depression treatment can affect mood, energy, motivation, and overall functioning, often interfering with work, relationships, and daily responsibilities.
Our evaluation process identifies the type and severity of depression to determine an individualized treatment plan.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) involves intrusive thoughts and repetitive behaviors that can become time-consuming and distressing.
Treatment focuses on structured therapeutic approaches and, when appropriate, medication management to reduce symptom severity and improve daily functioning.
PTSD treatment and trauma-related conditions can develop after exposure to distressing or life-threatening events.
Treatment focuses on reducing intrusive symptoms, stabilizing mood, and improving functional recovery through individualized care planning.
Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a subtype of depression that follows a recurring seasonal pattern, often emerging during fall or winter months. Treatment may include light therapy, psychotherapy, medication management, and advanced options when seasonal episodes remain severe or treatment-resistant.
Suicidal ideation refers to thoughts of self-harm or death that may occur within the context of depression or other psychiatric conditions.
Our care does not include directly treating suicidal ideation, but rather addressing the underlying symptoms with a comprehensive evaluation, safety planning, and mental health services.
Your care at New Pathways Clinic is guided by a multidisciplinary team of licensed medical professionals and clinical specialists.
We pride ourselves on providing a clinical experience that feels transparent, collaborative, and warm. Unlike overburdened hospital networks where appointments can feel rushed, our Columbus mental health providers take the time to evaluate your medical background, validate your lived experiences, and treat you as a whole person.

An amazing place. Literally. The fact that it is managed by highly qualified nurses makes a tremendous difference—the human touch is always present. The care is not only professional; it is genuinely kind. They understand the process and the experience a person goes through. Here, they understand that the experience is about more than pharmacology—the emotional and psychological aspects of treatment matter too. I highly recommend this clinic and, especially, the people who make it what it is.Posted on Google![]()

I don’t think I could say enough positive things about New Pathways. From the moment you walk in the door you’re greeted with kinda and compassionate people. Every nurse I have worked with has made me feel comfortable from the moment I met them which is very important for an experience like this. As far as the treatment goes so far I couldn’t recommend it enough, I have seen massive changes in only 6 treatments. Give it a shot! You won’t regret it.Posted on Google![]()

New Pathways came into my life just at the right time. They helped me gain composure and control over that which I had lost and if not for them, I probably would have lost my job, too. All of their staff is incredibly understanding and kind. They do their best, really, they do. I especially appreciate one of their NP’s, Ashley for taking the time to answer questions, explain processes and procedures, and overall, just being really understanding and compassionate and empathetic. The price may seem steep, but when it comes to your mental health and regaining your life, prices are irrelevant. I’m very thankful for New Pathway.Posted on Google![]()

All of my adult life and majority of my adolescent years I've suffered from anxiety, depression. After years of trying different medications with little success I began to feel like I had problems that just weren't fixable. I was reluctant to call New Pathways because I heard about Ketamine and bought into all the negative stigma surrounding it. I came to a consultation and laid everything out. I learned things about myself in that session that I was never aware of in years of treatments. But I was still not convinced and went home not calling them again for six more months. Then my life was just so consumed by stress and anxiety and frustration that I called and went back to the office and set up appointments for Ketamine Infusions. I was extremely nervous at my first infusion appointment and the staff was more than understanding and showed nothing but kindness and compassion towards me. I had Dianna as my one on one nurse and she was the VERY BEST! I think they could charge extra for having her in there because she was such a benefit. She answered every question I had and gave insight the best she could into what I may experience and how to maneuver through mentally. After my infusion I felt completely refreshed and rejuvenated! The days afterwards and the infusions that followed only solidified my position. I have not been able to count all the benefits that my life has had since beginning therapy here. Every time I go for an appointment I feel completely at home. I cannot thank the kind staff of New Pathways enough. If anyone is reading this and is on the fence wether to call them or not, please do yourself the favor and call. You deserve to receive what this treatment has to offer!!Posted on Google![]()

Patient Review for Makayla Anderson, APRN PMHNP-BC – New Pathways Clinic, Dublin, OH I recently had the opportunity to meet with Makayla Anderson at New Pathways Clinic in Dublin, Ohio, and I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional care and support I received during my visit. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism. Makayla Anderson stood out immediately as a provider who genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being. Makayla created a welcoming and comfortable environment, which made it incredibly easy for me to open up about my concerns and challenges. Her calm and reassuring demeanor helped put me at ease, especially as we discussed sensitive topics surrounding my mental health. I never once felt rushed or dismissed. On the contrary, Makayla took the time to truly listen—something that is far too rare in today’s fast-paced medical system. One of the main reasons for my visit was to explore Ketamine infusion therapy as a potential treatment option. Makayla was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in her explanation. She broke everything down in a way that was clear and easy to understand, covering not only how the therapy works but also what I could expect before, during, and after treatment. I was impressed by her ability to answer all of my questions patiently and in detail—no matter how minor or repetitive they may have seemed. What really stood out to me was her compassionate approach. She didn’t just present clinical facts—she connected with me as a person, showing empathy for what I’ve been going through. It made a huge difference to feel heard and supported rather than just processed as another appointment. She also encouraged me to take my time when making decisions and made sure I had all the information I needed to feel confident about moving forward. The professionalism of the New Pathways Clinic staff and the calming atmosphere of the office also added to the positive experience. It’s clear that this practice prioritizes patient-centered care, and Makayla exemplifies that mission in every way. If you’re considering Ketamine therapy or are simply looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable mental health provider, I highly recommend Makayla Anderson. Her expertise, patience, and genuine care make her an outstanding professional, and I’m incredibly grateful to have found her.Posted on Google![]()
